Keep Moving with WDS Conveyor Accessories
As part of a continuous programme of new product introductions, WDS has launched a range
of Conveyor Components and Accessories. This series is aimed at builders of bespoke modular
conveyor lines and general machine frameworks alike. The range also links well with a large
number of WDS Standard Parts and recently introduced products.
This new range has great aesthetic appeal and will look good in a factory, office or clean room
environment.
The range comprises of:
• Twenty Two new part numbers together with three sizes of stainless steel tube.
• The components are manufactured from polypropylene and stainless steel.
• They include parts to support and manage a conveyor line; leg supports, conveyor bed
support heads, a variety of brackets and clamps, guide rail mounting brackets and guide
rails.
• The major frame components can be employed in a wide variety of equipment frames and
support structures.
The range will be familiar to anyone within the
conveyor building industry. The parts that WDS
has chosen to offer make up a standard core
range, however, WDS also has access to many
other components that customers can request for
a more bespoke solution. All parts are subject to an
independent quality inspection prior to despatch
to the customer.
WDS is able to offer some very competitive prices
on this range. With the ability to satisfy orders
from stock, customers can order on line or via
the phone and have their products delivered the
following day.
Other associated products that can be used in
conjunction with this new range include Tubing
in a variety of pre-cut lengths, Levelling Feet and
Threaded Tube Inserts. These are all of the same
high quality finish and which when combined
with the core range serve to offer the same
aesthetics and high specification finish.
Add to these; Light Duty Ball Transfer Units,
Index Levers, Hinges, Digital Position Indicators
and the huge range of WDS knobs, handles
and castors and the options and flexibility are
endless.
This product range represents a ‘system approach’ to the provision of parts rather than a set
of individual components. From this perspective it is a very exciting launch for WDS and one
which offers a new level of flexibility for customers.
